Course Purchase Terms

1. These terms apply when you purchase a self-paced digital course from Builder Pub.
2. The displayed course price is the total tax-inclusive price. Paddle acts as merchant of record and handles payment processing, applicable indirect taxes, receipts, and payment support.
3. A completed one-time purchase grants your Builder Pub account ongoing access to every version that Builder Pub publishes for that course while the course and Builder Pub service remain available.
4. You must sign in before purchasing. Course access belongs to that account and may not be transferred, resold, or shared as account access.
5. Third-party products used in a course are separate. Build Your First AI Product requires your own eligible paid ChatGPT plan; Workshop API keys are not included.
6. Digital course purchases are generally non-refundable. We may approve exceptions for duplicate charges or other exceptional circumstances, and nothing here limits remedies required by applicable law or Paddle policy.
7. If a payment is fully refunded or successfully disputed, course access is revoked. Learning progress is retained so it can be restored after a later purchase.
8. Course material evolves. Builder Pub may add, revise, replace, or retire versions while preserving access to published versions where reasonably possible.
9. Your project and accounts remain yours. You are responsible for reviewing AI-produced work and for the terms, fees, and security of third-party services you choose.
